At Salty Crew, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear for your next voyage. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
